Please bring the item and the receipt to your nearest Bentley store for assessment.
As per Bentley policy, the assessment made by the store remains final. It is within the store's sole discretion to determine if the item is deemed defective. Depending on the nature of your claim, we will then choose either to repair your item, replace it, or offer another solution that is right for you.
Bentley reserves the right to update or modify the above formalities at any time.
